Elk you think they are going to help manage the stock on the rise or dump the bank every .25.I have to wonder myself just what is happening.This is sometimes done behind the scenes for companies that are getting ready to go nasdaq.The Houses can make a ton of money and or They can stabilize the price.But then again it could be the oposite.Only time will tell.Have a Good Day
