Have you looked at the consol. statements filed on 4/15/98? They reported a 18 million dollar loss on revenues that did not even amount to 3 million. check out the 10ksb...

Have you ever looked at a graph for TSIG? If you did, did you happen to notice the decline from .25 to .15? Yea, that decline happened in direct response to the financials that you mention.

Yes, we have all seen the statements filed on 4/15. You surely don't think we blindly invest in companies here do you? We do some DD before we buy a stock, at least I do.

You are focusing on the past here. You need to look to the future to value a stock. All stocks are valued by what the masses think that the companies prospects are for the future.

If people used the past as valuation, N2K and CDNW would be sitting down here in penny stock range with TSIG.
