I am given to understand that earning will hopefully be out the end of next week...give or take a day or two...and trading will start shortly thereafter. Complete restatement of 96 and 97, with some information shortly thereafter about 98. The CEO ( "Roger", not meant to be demeaning or disrespectful by using his first name ) will be sending us information about where the company is going, the strategic plans, the larger outlook, etc. I am impressed that we are going forward, but for sure the next months will be choppy and rocky as our new software is brought out and marketed. Some of the figures will not be pretty, but, obviously, I know as much as all of you concerning the details...namely, nothing. I think we finally have a CEO who can do the job...if given the time and resources. We have a software engineer in Mr. Chu who has replaced Sunil on the EB project. Mr Chu is a cracker-jack, and will do the job as it should have been done from the start. Fingers crossed, and let's await news from our company. As I previously posted, Jay's time has passed. What he did to the company is becoming increasingly known. As shareholders, it's time to give Roger some breathing room, and let him try to get us back on track...in other words, supportive. I think he deserves the chance. Any other choice?

Elliot
