Good thoughts Tom. But what I think is long overdue here is a reality check. I'm not attacking you Tom because of your KTEL comparison, nor am I attacking anyone else who has used KTEL as a comparison. I don't know who started with the KTEL comparison, but I think we should stop.

As I said before in my overhead post that no one seems to read, KTEL is in a league of its own and just doesn't compare to Compact Connection, CD Now, or N2K. It had $91 M in revenues last year with $2.25 M in profits and it has been around for many more years. Now CC, CDNW, and NTKI are no where near those revenue #s. You are trying to compare apples to oranges.

If you would take a second and compare CC to CDNW and NTKI like we should be doing here, then we will get a better idea of what CC's potential is. Even compare KTEL to CDNW and NTKI and you will change your tune about KTEL falling 50% in value.

KTEL will continue to rise to over $50 post split. Mark my words. I would not buy into it now at these prices, but if I had to guess the direction of KTEL's stock 12 months from now, I would chose up. I think its valuation still has not settled into to where it should be.

If you were to compare KTEL to CDNW and N2K, KTEL should be a couple hundred dollars per share in comparable valuations.

Please no more KTEL comparisons. Let's talk about comparable competitors like CDNW and NTKI.

That is all...
