Alex, the right to carry guns is just simply not guaranteed by the Constitution. This is where I think we start going off in different directions. There are civil societies with broad freedoms on several continents where this is not a right. In fact, it seems more like the wild west than anything resembling civilization at all!!! Perhaps I should bring up the subject of whether America is a declining society over at Feelings. I am not sure Judge Bleonard would want his reef trampled by people who are agitated by the mere consideration of whether this might be the case. Delicate ecosystems and all that!!
