Non-exclusive is the best part of the deal, MSU can still license it to as many other parties as possible. And for the non-royalty situation, would you rather be paid now, up front a big lump sum of cash and stock or have to wait several quarters for royalty revenue to come streaming in.

This deal looks pretty good to me. I will look forward to seeing the fine print.
