I think the company will survive. If we haven't been closed by now somebody must think SEXI has a future. I/m just worried how they will figure out who is presently holding the "sold" restricted shares. I for one just bought thru my broker and don't have a clue about the shares history. Is there a way to trace them? I suppose there is, but who is going to do it and what is their motive.

The real question is what is the company worth. If all the guilty parties get sued or cough up their ill-gotten gains the company may have a reasonable cash position. Just think we may have stock in the company with the least diluted shares when this is all over.

My other question is who is buying? The shorts were probably naked and are now forgotten. There is no reason to buy to make a market when the stock isn't trading. Maybe somebody is smarter than us (not smarter than JD tho). Is anybody else buying?

Just some thoughts, Jim
