Joseph Rubinfeld, Co-Founder of Amgen is to be a Director of Neot. The
Proxy was filed on May 7th stating the nomination of Mr. Rubinfeld. He
has some tremendous credentials. That may be an alternative to the
investment newsletter theory. He was instrumental in many licensing
deals with his past companies. This bodes very well for the shareholder's
of Neotherapeutics.
