Hi Wiz, Guess what ? I got a call from a gentleman called Michael Sheppard just half an hour a go. I was very much overwhelmed by the call and the discussion. Here we go guys: 1 - WEB Site - "not next week but very soon". He would rather test it for 30 days or more to make sure that it is delivering the message and quality they are looking for. It is taking a lot of work and Siemens Experts are doing their best to have it up soon. When the web site is up and running "YOU WILL SEE A DIFFERENT AND AGGRESSIVE APPROACH WITH FNTN TOWARDS DOING THINGS" M. Sheppard. 2 - Investment Banker deal - "DONE". This will probably be the next announcement. 3 - Letter of Intent: They are getting audited results for IDB Inc. only then they will finalize the deal SEC requirements. "Very encouraged by company products and services" MS. 4 - NASDAQ filing in the process may take some time. hundreds of companies are in the line. Share price and market cap are of importance for the listing in addition to complying to other rules. "DETERMINED TO GET IT WITHIN FEW MONTHS" MS. 5 - New business/contracts - YES, and that, in addition to the previouse sales, is what's going to make the company profitable by year end. They have incurred huge expenses last year, showed a loss of 2 cents in the unaudited Q1 "DOES NOT CONCERN ME AT ALL" MS. 6 - MS is very confident about the progress and the future of the company. If we have people like him who are confident and not least concerned about the future of the company because they know what they are cooking and how nice it will be, why should we. He was hired to do this job because of his background and qualifications and I for one trust the guy. 7 - He reads FNTN posts on SI so he is fully aware of your concerns. He was very open and frank and did not hesitate in addressing all the concerns.
