Yep, I'm going to hold on just a little while longer. There are so many good opportunities out there that I am passing by that I get kind of antsy. Sure wish I had more funds available. Like the old saying goes, "It takes money to make money". I am in the process of refinancing a rental unit I have for cash out. This will give me some real money to play with. Can't wait. I am getting this money at 7 3/8% If I am any good at all with my stock picks, I surely should be able to beat this percentage.
