I thought this line was dead! I left for a week and all the HERC investors are back on-line...ALL TWO of you idiots. But one says he's not even in! Doesn't it arouse your curiosity that only four of us even chat about this crappy stock. KV and I are two of them, and we are here for the entertainment. To answer your question, I sold before my friend resigned. He went to the annual meeting in August '97 and told me the bad news...so I dumped. Cut the loss and used the tax write-off. Let's see, you say he only gets $100,000 without his well deserved year end bonus of $150,000. You notice he doesn't pay himself in options! Let's see...$250,000, that covers half of the (1,600,000 shares at $0.31) proceeds from the recent stock and the other goes to his partying in Paris and other ADMINISTRATIVE expenses! You two are great entertainment!!!! Rip
