You apparently haven't read earlier posts here detailing the rumored USB devices being developed by Apple, and the one announced yesterday by Panasonic and Imation. Yes, there will likely be no standard 1.4MB 3.5" floppy drive for the iMac, but there will be a much larger capacity super floppy (120MB) that is backward compatible with the older 1.4MB floppies.

I was very disheartened to see the lack of a floppy drive as well, until I read about these upcoming USB devices. Let's see what's available when the iMac actually ships, OK?
