Well, "Liar, Liar, pants on fire." Isn't lying against the laws of the SEC. What is appears is that BB stocks are a little legal yet illegal cottage industry for anyone who hangs out an MM sign, with governing laws to look good, but obviously a area for scammers to make literally millions with impunity, since virtually none of the governing laws are ever inforced. This seems to get worse and worse the more millions of small investors jump in. What can be done about it?
