This information is the best news so far. This is what I had been
wishing that Borland would do. Turns out that they have secretly been
doing all along.

These initiatives establish Borland's innovative leadership once
again.

And many bears here were thinking that Delphi 2.0 was the last
ammunition in Borland's armory.

Would anyone like to offer counter arguments as to why the deadly
combination of Delphi, RAD C++, and Open JBuilder will not bring
Borland in the leadership position once more ?
