I am not sure if I understand the difference between penny stocks that are listed on the otc or nasd or pink sheets or whatever.I assume if they are on nasd the have to file something. Is there a link I can go to and get educated. Does a penny stock listed on nasd have more realistic chances of being a real company with creditable financial statements. Thanking you in advance.
