I'd read lots of negative opinions, but I couldn't be pursuaded--mine had always worked perfectly. I defended and defended my choice of backup, telling people they were brainwashed for 18 months... ...until my Jaz did fail and ate 9 of the 11 songs from my brother's almost completed CD project.
