Jim, I agree with you that these people did a lot of their own due diligence...and it was admirable. Fraud is a difficult thing to overcome. We also have people like Johns Hopkins who chose not to refute the story about videoconferencing.

I do not agree with you on the level of regulation in the BB and pinks. on a percentage basis, more fraud is committed here than the other exchanges, and as you say, fraud is difficult to discern. But the road to these exchanges is full of investor potholes, and that's the bottom line for people who want to play in these arenae.
Considerably more investor due dilligence must be done if you want to survive in the BB and Pink Sheets...period.

Forgive me...I was not casting aspersions upon the posters, merely pointing out this should be a learning experience. I reminds me of what I told people about limited partnerships when they were all the rage. When it starts, you have all the money and the general partner has all the experience. In the end, the general partner has all the money and you have all the experience.
