Plus, they have given a convertible loan to that waste management firm that's related to EWK. It looks like for every $1.00 they pay EWK in royalties, they get 1 share of EWK stock. IMHO, that's not such a hot deal for SLUP while EWK is under a buck! Beats me how to find out the individual's holdings of EWK, if any.
