Don't forget about his options, I believe that he will get an additional $14M through early vesting of his recent DEC grants (triggered in the event of a takeover). Still, you're right, not the biggest deal ever done, this is about half of what Roel Pieper got for 1 year at the helm of Tandem and 6 months with CPQ.
