Shades your questions are excellent. First, as far as a JV is concerned, they will entertain this when they have public awareness and have commenced mining. They want to become profitable. At this point they are more valuable and all will receive more for our shares. I am looking for a buyout. The Cangalli formation is a massive formation of gold that has traveled a short distance and has come to rest in a compressed gravel material. This material is so massive and the gold is so varied in this area. The gold is consistent from top to bottom of the paleochannel. (I'm fair game with this statement)
