Chris forgot to tell you Reuters knows about the problem. In fact I got the feeling that they have known about it for some time now. did they contact you to tell you there may be difficulties while they repair the system? I did not receive any notification. The tech guy said heads are gonna roll. they offered no compensation for the problems. so I am on my way to another vendor for sure. I just need to find out how far I am paid in advance for Reuters because they would not give me a refund. They would not even pay for a bottle of advil. LOL.
