Go to AMD home page. Type "Fab14" in the search field and download those Acrobat files (spec. sheets). Page 7 of the file 21116.pdf (AM29F010) and page 8 of 21235.pdf (AM29F100) both shown the origin of the chip (Fab 14, Austin, Texas). These sheets are dated 1/13/1998.

You are dead wrong again. Why don't you stay with what you do best -- WOOD. I may need to ask you (someday) on what would be the effect channel on a "rough" 2x4. <ggg>
