This discussion doesnt make much sense because the market for men who are able to function, but with fragility of erections at times, will be five times as big as the market for men with true ED. It will be such a bigger market simply because the men are there and the medication WORKS for them. It will give them confidence because they will know that they will function. They will pay for that. People may have their own moralistic points of view about whether these are "real" patients but it doesnt matter. These men will be prescribed the medicine by someone who is less puritanical if someone else refuses. This will be an enormous and world-wide market. I am an MD, by the way, have treated patients with sexual dysfunction for many years, and have written a book about this area, so I have an idea of whence I speak.
