Pure speculation on my part but I am guessing they won't dilute.
1. last private placement gave the percent 20 % of ROP division in
return for money and management of company..at least that is what
got from press release...sounded like an incredibly good deal
for shareholders..
2. original investors probably have a large share in company and don't want to see their original investment go down..
3. guessing that the shares are already tightly held and the principals don't want to lose control..so they probably don't want
more dilution..
4. hoping they will go the route of joint venturing where they would
give away percent of revenues until the company grows in size..
hope Bugsy puts in his speculation..
5. with some contracts signed and with possibly impending contracts
and small debt don't think they are hungry for money
6. also press release implied they would be profitable this year!!!!
Jeff Feld is a true professional and isn't answering any of my questions that deal with future...(ie when I called him two weeks ago
and asked if there was anything going on with ROP, he said nothing yet
and the next day out came a press release on Campbell's and the following day came a press release on Burger king..I flew off my chair
each morning :>)
