I have never raised a moralistic question about DX or RX of ED. Little is written about evaluations and differential DX's here or in the lay press despite the huge hype over Viagra. I have NO doubt that Viagra is and will continue to be a MEGA seller for a long time and I am long and adding to my PFE stock position because of that belief.

Concerning your above point about what may be called psychological ED, I have stated before that this is a huge market. Here is the BUT, I think that this population will be "cure" by some good experience on Viagra and will no longer require the product on a regular basis. They will not be the long term repeat buyer that truly makes sales of a product go and go and go a la Coke and Gillette or any chronic med that is taken for a life time. Sure there will be some chronic use and new waves of "I need a fix" ED patients - but they will not ALL be in this category.
