Before I invested, I was worried this new engine was a total scam. I wrote to the people at Carroll Shelby enterprises and asked them if Mr. Shelby was involved with the engine. They responded: "At this time we can only say that Carroll is on board as an advisor and is providing certain help in the project. We will have more on the subject soon." That helped me to invest my money in the project.
