I cannot imagine that there is intended misrepresentation. How about this analogy. This would be a kin to someone robbing a bank and leaving their address, phone number and photograph.

Could work the same way for Dow Jones if they have their wires crossed.

Something is going to have to give. Either way if thing doesnt get resolved pretty quick I assume there will be some sort of class action lawsuit either with ProNetLink or Dow Jones.
