Haolin, No seller get the order filled above $70. So who did the short at the $80 range? Market maker!!!!!! You think they will let you get their money? You are just wrong here. My market sell order placed ten minutes before the market opened got sold at 80, and a similar order placed just at the open got filled at 77 (both through Fidelity's web site). True I had to sit anxiously for over 30 min. while the price dropped before I got any confirmation that the orders had filled, though. Fidelity had no shares available to short at any time, but then they're usually bad with short availability. Peter
