WHL, I fail to see how this is good news. It seems to me that the major shareholders have given up on the appreciation of the common stock, so they are selling there shares through the use of the method described in your posting. I am starting to believe that the company is in more trouble than one may think. What's your understanding of the situation, and do you agree with my posting? Stock Bull
