Thank you very much for the well thought out informative reply. I wish I owned some Dell. I have a diversified portfolio. I bought one computer stock, and one chip stock several years ago. I knew little about the business at that time. My company had purchased Compaqs. I noticed several large clients had purchased compaqs. I purchased Compaq stock. Some people said I was nuts at the time. Since then it has been a real learning experience. I got lucky with my first shares of Compaq, and have added to them over the years. I have a mental hang up on purchasing Dell at their current price. However, if I saw an opportunity to sneak in the back door I would jump on it. Thought Unisys might present that remote opportunity. Thanks again for the run down. As usual SI members seem to know more then then the business journalists.
