Doug,

To my knowledge on the St Francis Mining NL of Perth Western Australia where given legal advise by a individual at Golden Eagle for their purchase Copper Project in Chacarilla, Bolivia ?

If there was ever any talk of an offer from this company, they never made any comment to me, but then again why would they ?

.........Just out of interest.........

St Francis purchased 60% of this copper project from Keswick International Investments in 1997 - i believe.

This copper project had been during 1996-76 owned by a Japanese company Nitto Metals, who where involved in extensive exploration as well as underground mining until during the mid to late 70's copper prices fell and political tension in Bolivia at that time was very dangerous, unlike today whereas Bolivia is regarding as a safe environment to do business.
