When I e-mail Jerry Gruenbaum's office, I received this e-mail back: Jerry Gruenbaum is currently in China and will be back on the 16th of this month, and will respond to your e-mail at that time. So I anticipate to get in touch with hime shortly after the 16th. I will keep everyone updated.
