I don't respond to laundry lists of stuff, so I'll just take the first one which was a direct challenge to my veracity: Are you saying that MicroSoft threatened to put Compaq out of business? If so, state your source. My source is Compaq and Microsoft. When Compaq removed the IE icon from the startup screen, Microsoft sent them a 60 day notice of termination for Compaq's license to install Windows 95. To disallow a major PC company to install Windows 95 is to put them out of business.
