I hope somebody else can add something..I assumed a lot..ie the
float would be 20,000,000 after the reverse split and possibly the
two million dollar placement with the person getting 20 percent of
ROP division instead of share dilution and instead of the 5 million
previously announced..
I guess we have to wait for the financials..
