Mike, I live in Sunny Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, about a quarter of a mile from the Verrazano Narrows Bridge.
Here's a photo of the Verrazano taken by our Mayor, Rudolph W. Giuliani, from a nearby sea wall where I take my express bus to Wall Street every morning.

The bus trip is kinda cushiony, believe it or not, an takes 20 minutes, door to door, in clear weather.
When it drizzles, about a half hour.
Rain, 45 minutes.
Heavy snow? An hour or more, and I'm thankful for cellular.
When Clinton comes to town to visit the UN or attend a fund raiser? I telecommute. |
