I agree, Gorilla candidates are like needles in haystacks. The best way to find one is to be on a tornado watch. In order to spot a gorilla candidate, one needs to anticipate the tornado in its formation.

Contrary to gorilla candidates, existing gorillas are obvious (and worth ones investment dollars) like CSCO and others.
