Henry the stockholder meeting is been set... June 8??? check it out there abouts. Dc Yakatan is going to meet with finaciers and venture capital firms etc this coming week. i think you will have news by the time the board meeting comes around. The website is nice for communication with us and the public and publicity.. its very important. I understand the circus is been frustrating Katz is just incredibly stupid man and he is striking out in all directions including ours the shareholders. And he is going against his own shares etc... just incredible..... hang in there old buddy as you know baush and lomb is manufacturing..the stuff and it costs less than 10% of its retail to make... My hunch is they will try and make it and have multiple distributors sell it. if they succeed so will we... Katz needs to be sat down and persuaded to stop all his stupid litigation... I really think there is no merit in it. fda approval is the main event and we need to keep our fingers crossed about that. regards luis
