The latest PC World (6/98) reviews utility software in eight separate categories, and as a QDEK long I am disappointed to note that we did not get the coveted "Best Buy" in any of them (QDEK products were evaluated in four of the eight). Mjenix got two, CyberMedia got two, and Network Associates, Symantec and Inso each got one. No vendor got the designation in the "Diagnostics" category. I would describe the overall marks given to the QDEK entries as 'fair to good' -- but special criticism was directed to Remote-It '98 4.0 for removing files it should not have.
