I had been with the Keane organization for more than 4 years. Do maintain close ties with the employees of the Tampa Branch. A good number of the consultants, at least at the Tampa branch, are working Y2k efforts. Watch out when the Y2k party is over. I would recommend that the taking of profits should be taken well in advance of the posting of good earnings. Always keep in mind that the year 2000 phenomenom is temporary. Due to techie shortages Keane has been finding it necessary to raise salaries considerably. I am not sure what it means to the bottom line. They may have compensated for that by charging clients more. But when y2k is over there will be an awful lot of too highly paid consultants on staff and it would take awhile to dispense with the added expense.. Just my thoughts... No I am not shorting.
