Gari I posted the following to the RJK Exploration thread, here it is for Coleville shareholders information.
Tim Davies
<Snapes has not called yet, I guess I will go ahead and book my tee times for the balance of May. I am assuming no meeting.>
Let me try to explain above to you.
Firstly, John Snapes through Jeff Schacter in Calgary attempted to broker a meeting with myself. Why????
The comment I heard was, that John (being myself) should here about what we are doing from us, rather then find out from someone else. Fair enough Tim, a question though Tim, why do I have to know from John Snapes rather then find out publicly???
What is it they are doing????
They are attempting to merge with CLL, now they will deny this because I found out through the back door and put it in the public forum vis a vis Silicon Investor.
How do I know about this proposed merger???
John Snapes has talked to some of the RJK shareholders that he brought to RJK through the private placement last fall. It is interesting to note that John S was appointed to the board of RJK shortly after this placement. It appears he earned this position by doing the placement.
Why does CLL not do the following???
Release the information on the Pemon property so that the shareholders can make an informed decision. I as a CLL shareholder want to see that information.
Tim, if I told you there were possibly better deals around for CLL other then the one they have entered into, would you as a CLL shareholder not be interested??? And Tim there are possibly ones around I am not saying there are.
My thoughts as to why they do not do as I suggest above:
Brad Wilson is a John Snape man, nothing more nothing less. Brad Wilson is clearly not operating CLL in the best interests of the CLL shareholders.
It appears that shareholders Kassner JR, Snapes et al are trying to mitigate their Coleville loses. How????
By eventually taking over the whole property, then the company. Tim, if you feel that I am totally off base that is o-kay but I firmly believe these guys are acting in an IMMORAL, if not illegal fashion.
The investing public has a right to know the Pemon results certainly the current shareholders do.
Tim, I will address last year's RJK private placement latter and how some of those buying into it feel they got the shaft.
I really look forward to your explanation of the events other then telling me to "please go piss in someone elses soup." I think the questions I have asked are fair and deserve answers.
Maybe you and I could chip in some cash so that we can get Bobby Kassner Jr an SI membership or possibly SI will let Snapes transfer his to Bobby as the kitty cat seems to have Snapes tongue, what do you think???
