ALL: I agree that the registration is not good news. Although this step does NOT require the stockholders to sell, most investors believe that this registration for sale can depress a stock price for a long time. Sometimes- when a company is prepared to advance its stock price, they do this type of registration to "get it out of the way" before the advance. However, that is the exception not the rule. I plan to put my stock away and revisit it 6 months from now. At that point it is unlikely to be any higher than it is now.
