I would be happy to answer your simple questions, Maxwell ... Is this
a "take home" assignment from Bert ??

Gate Thickness .... 40A electrical/ 32A optical
Gate Length ........ .20um printed/ .13um Leff

BTW, Jeff is correct that Intel does have "headroom" to manufacture CPU's
in the 500mhz - 550mhz range in their .25um process. It is interesting
to note that AMD's .25um process is having a hard time to get above 300mhz ... Why
is that ??
