One or two issues to consider:

Do you think its likely that FLEXF will do a secondary equity issue. They have certainly strengthened their capital ratios but there is certainly a fair amount of leverage (compared to say JBL) This could certainly be an issue if they intend any other sizeable acquisitions. An equity issue could be dilutive short run.

Secondly are executive options a material consideration? (I've been reading latest Forbes which has an interesting article on this issue.)
