Is everyone assuming the reverse split because you all voted in favor of it? I guess so. I didn't think delisting was such a big deal. If they find oil or can show they might soon find it, then where they're listed shouldn't affect financing ability. But psychologically it's a blow to have the number of shares you own reduced 10 fold even if the share price goes up 10 fold, go figure.
How is Dan Dorfman doing these days, anyway?
