MBTrading and ABWatley desks allow you to trade on instinet for before/after hours.. Both use pretty much the same software and work very similar so its a personal preference which one you want. MBTrader provides free L2's if you trade 50+ times a month as well.. Instinet trades cost a penny a share. If you really feel about a correction, I dont think any of the regular brokers are going to be open on those days.. Thats how they make the big bucks..
