What is the price of pentaspan in the U.S. ? Do you have any sources about its availability here? I am confused about just what Biotime is seeking FDA approval of. Is it generic use of Hextend for everything that Hespan is already used for or are they complicating their request by suggesting that it be approved for use as a cryogenic solution for organ transplant/transportation? The market for that is tiny as they now use ice cold electrolyte solution with some added components but it is all cheap stuff right off the shelf in the O.R. Doug Shapiro
