Hello Stan: I am responding to your post to us via Banro. Banro has applied for TSE listing over nine months ago. With the filing of there prospectus and the excellent results from their drilling, TSE listing should hopefully happen soon. Remember Sutton Resources took over 1 year to list on the TSE. A 20F listing (blue sky listing) is a full disclosure document that will allow Banro to be listed in the US and covered by US brokerage houses. This listing is in process with Banro's US lawyers in Boston. No real time line though, but the listing is in process. I hope this clears it up a little.
