I see about 15 144 fillings - bunch of people selling their stock - ranging from Feb this year to April this year. Not a single 10k, 10q, or any other info.... perhaps this is a great "Short"???

There was another mention on May 1st - but these shows do not coincide with the runup? Auto web sites make no mention of the new technology, seems like this should be hot news for them...
Shouldn't Edgar filings be avail for a company like this (they aren't) or are BB companies excluded from Edgar filings?
