I understand the head of agriculture department controls seed distribution on project 1001 and has excess supplies in storage for future use and is the reason we have seen more and more tests being reported week after week. The expected results may be dubious because more examination of the facts are needed to quantify the findings. Looks like it may be back to the drawing board until each of the authorized participating institutes can report the results they have been working on so far year to date. That may take another month or two.
