Look folks. It's brutally simple. Del and his new buddies have chosen a set of policies that is not conducive to the buy and hold mentality.

They are seeking to grow their business with a series of acquisitions that will dilute and not the opposite! (Share buybacks are the opposite!)

This puppy is dead in the water until the jury reaches a verdict on the success of this strategy. That process will take at least another year during which the share price will wallow in the high single digits.

Take your long money and put it to work better in other larger and better managed companies. Come back in a few months and see how they are doing.
